Updates for 2020

We are all navigating the new normal. I appreciate your patience and flexibility with the changes we all have to adapt to.

While getting your hair done can provide emotional and mental benefits, it is not an essential service. I pride myself in preserving the personal connections that I have with all of you. I promise to make your experience as comfortable as possible throughout our new normal.

With that I promise a clean, professional, and safe environment for all of my guests. It is a mutual responsibility to keep one another safe.

Reasons to reschedule your appointment include:

  • general malaise, or feeling unwell.

  • fever, cough, or runny nose.

  • if you have recently tested positive for influenza, pneumonia, bronchitis, or Covid19

  • if you are awaiting the results for any infectious disease listed above.

  • if you have been in contact with anyone with the infectious diseases listed above.

  • if you have traveled out of the state/country within 14 days.

Many of you are aware that I am expecting a baby in the coming months, which makes it imperative that we follow the guidelines set in place. There are a few things that I’d like to acknowledge as my due date nears.

  • My hours have changed to accommodate my sons virtual learning at home. Earlier hours are available on the weekends. If you’d like a Sunday, please let me know a week in advance.

  • I’ve updated my site to make online booking as easy as possible. I’m unable to answer my phone or respond to text messages as quickly as I’d like. This is also my personal phone, so I want to assure Im able to respond. Please, try to use the website to schedule your appointment first before calling/texting me. I’ve had instances where by the time I’ve responded that appointment time is gone. Please book online at or send me an email at

  • To enter my building, you must have your mask on your face.

  • Please wait in your car or in the courtyard until I let you know that I am ready for you. Please refrain from knocking on my windows. It disturbs guests who are in service with me.

  • If you feel the need to wear gloves to protect yourself, I can provide you with gloves before you enter. Please refrain from wearing gloves into the building that you brought from home.

  • Please confirm your appointments. A text message is sent ahead of time.

  • Forms of payment I accept: Credit/Debit, Zelle, and Cash.

  • Lastly, I plan my last day to be Wednesday December 23,2020. I plan to return Tuesday February 16, 2021. We all know babies are temperamental, but this is a rough estimate. I will keep you all posted.
