She has an eye for detail and a calming presence that makes even a major transformation feel smooth and stress-free.

She owns over 30 herbal teas and is confident most ailments can be fixed with one. You will often find her with her tablet, laptop, and phone.....and her camera.

Shawn

Nail Artist and Salon MOMager

Shawn is a creative at heart and enjoys abstract designs and 3D sculptures. Nail care is the priority and she is meticulous about detail.

She's lived in 5 countries, and when she's not showing pictures of her twin grandsons... she's cooking, overthinking, and eating fruit snacks.

Alex

Cosmetologist and Vibe Curator

Alex is the curl queen. Styling and coifing curly hair is her niche. She received her cosmetology license at 17 and now as a college athlete, she spends her days studying, avoiding breaking her nails playing volleyball, and keeping the salon team sane.

As our vibe curator and in true Gen-Z fashion, Alex keeps the team on trend and..."slays."

Kita

Nail Artist and Handbag Expert

Kita is a natural nail guru. She can make nails and nubs sparkle. Along with a large purse collection, she loves thrifting and quoting pop culture movies.

She has more rings than fingers and loves creating nail art for your personality, mood, or fever dream.

Anné

Founder, Senior Cosmetologist and Resident Over-Thinker

Anné is a salon owner, master colorist and mom of four. She believes everyone deserves to FEEL beautiful, and hair is just a gateway to get there. She coaches beauty pros on how to live sustainably, create time, and to believe in possibility.

She's a closeted nerd, who has been to space camp and read all the Harry Potter books twice.

Montague & Mane is a full experience salon for hair, skin, and nails. Our space is rooted in care, connection, and craft. We believe beauty should feel personal and meaningful, something that is felt just as much as it is seen.

What started as one suite and a simple idea has grown into a team of artists who share the same values. We take our time, we listen, and we make sure every guest feels seen, supported, and cared for. From healthy hair and glowing skin to detailed nails and honest conversation, everything we do is handled with intention.
